Terms and Conditions
One board, one mechanic, and one thing worth reading twice: every payment is final.

Agreement
These Terms govern your use of https://rankbid.lol (the "Site"), operated by Orixadesign LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (https://orixadesign.com). By using the Site, and in particular by paying for a rank, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not pay.
Your payment is taken by Orixadesign LLC. It may appear on your statement under that name rather than under Rankbid.lol.
There are no accounts. Agreement is formed by payment, not by registration.
What you are buying
You are buying a position on a single public leaderboard. Position is derived from the total amount ever paid for a listing, ordered highest first, with equal amounts broken in favour of whichever listing was placed earlier.
You are not buying traffic, clicks, conversions, search visibility, a fixed position, or a position for any period of time. Anyone may pay more than you at any moment and take the rank above you. That is the entire mechanic of the Site and is not a fault, a defect, or a failure to deliver.
- Your total paid never decreases, and your listing is never reset or expired by us.
- Your position can and will fall as others pay more. This is expected behaviour.
- Your category is a filter over that one leaderboard, not a separate ranking, and it does not change the position you hold.
Price and payment
Listings are priced in whole US dollars, from $4 to $999,999. Payment is taken by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.
If you already hold a listing and raise it, you are charged only the difference between your current total and your new total.
The amount is fixed when checkout opens. If someone raises the same listing before your payment settles, you are credited exactly what you paid and land at whatever rank that reaches. We will never charge you more than the amount you agreed to.
A rank is granted when Stripe confirms the payment, not when your browser returns to the Site. If you close the tab after paying, you still get your rank.
No refunds
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, credits, partial refunds, or reversals.
Your rank is digital content delivered immediately: it is applied to the public board as soon as your payment settles, typically within seconds. By paying, you expressly request that immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any right of cancellation or withdrawal that would otherwise apply once performance has begun, to the fullest extent permitted by the law that applies to you.
In particular, none of the following is a ground for a refund:
- Being outranked when someone pays more. This is what the board does.
- Receiving fewer clicks, less traffic, or less attention than you expected. We promise no volume of either.
- Changing your mind, listing the wrong URL by mistake, paying the wrong amount, or paying twice deliberately.
- Your own site being slow, offline, or changing after you paid, including its title, description or icon not appearing as you wanted.
- Temporary unavailability of the Site, or maintenance.
- Your listing being removed or hidden for breaching these Terms or the Rules.
The one thing we will correct
If a technical fault on our side charges you twice for the same claim, or takes payment without granting the rank it was for, that is our error and we will correct it — by granting the rank you paid for, or by returning the duplicate amount.
Contact contact@orixadesign.com within 30 days with the payment reference. This is the only circumstance in which money is returned, and it exists because a system fault is not a sale.
Chargebacks
Starting a chargeback or payment dispute for a rank that was delivered is a breach of these Terms. We keep a settled, timestamped record of every payment and the rank it bought, and we will submit that record in response to any dispute.
Where a chargeback is raised against a delivered rank, we may hide the listing while the dispute is open and remove it permanently if the dispute succeeds, without returning the position or any amount already paid toward it.
What you may list
You may list a product website or an X handle. The Rules page sets out how listings are identified and what is rejected. By paying you confirm that:
- You own the site or handle you are listing, or are authorised by its owner to promote it.
- The destination is lawful, is not malware, phishing, or a scam, and does not contain content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
- The name you enter is not misleading about what the destination is, and does not impersonate another person or brand.
- You are not using the Site to launder affiliate or referral traffic. Query strings are stripped from every listing link.
Removal
We may hide or remove any listing at any time, at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms, a legal demand, or a credible report of harm. Removal does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid.
The payment ledger is append-only. A removed listing keeps its record, so removal does not erase what was paid or reorder anyone else's rank.
The Site is provided as is
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or accuracy of the click counts and other figures shown.
We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any listing or any site it links to. Following a link on the board is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms is limited to the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, or lost business opportunity, however caused.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Third parties
Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. Listings link to sites we do not control. Neither is operated by us and neither is our responsibility.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The version published here at the time you pay is the version that governs that payment, and a later change does not retroactively alter a rank you have already bought.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
If you are a consumer outside the United States, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, including any right to bring proceedings in your local courts. Where such a law grants you a right that these Terms purport to remove, that law prevails to the extent of the conflict and the rest of these Terms continues to apply.
